1-Whey isolate protein: take1 scoop in the morning with my breakfast, 1 scoop in my second meal 1 3/4 scoop after my workout, 1 scoop right before bed
2-Whey protein: take that protein to do some recipes like Pancake, protein bar, french toast, etc View recipes on that link:
3-Bcaa: 3 scoops before workout and one scoop Right after my workout in my postworkout shake
4-Glutamine:5g in the morning, 5g after my workout in my postworkout shake and 5 g before sleep
5- creatine monohydrate Beyond Yourself: 5g right after my workout
5- Preworkout ‘’Go Beyond’’: 2 scoops 30 min before my workout

7- Omega-3: take 6g per day (1 caps with each meal)
8- dextrose (simple sugar): 60g right after my workout in my post-workout shake
My post-workout shake look’s like that: 1 3/4 scoop of whey isolate, 5g of bcaa, 5g of glutamine, 5 g of creatine monohydrate, 60g of dextrose (simple sugars to accelerate the nutriments assimilation to the muscles)
