Some people say that doing 4-5 simple exercises for one muscle group is overtraining, and will not bring you good results. For me, overtraining is only when your body can’t handle it anymore. If you have the right nutrition, right amount of sleep, right supplements, avoid bad habits like alcohol etc., it’s really hard to overtrain.
I always do more than 4 exercises, that is how I stay in shape. Pe
ople who are afraid to overtrain will never reach their body’s full potential. To reach that, you must go beyond your limitations! This is just a couple pictures of my new from my new chest workout coming soon, called, “CHEST PROGRESSION”!
