I have a question. Do you prefer full squat or half? I think that full squat is much better for our joints and engage more muscle fibres. You do full squat of course. Some do quarter squat and this is wrong because their joints are in dangerous, and what more funny, their enjoy and are pride that take heavy weight. I don’t judge but just say that wrong for anatomic move. What do you think? Marc.
I think most of the time I prefer doing full squat for the reason you just said, but sometime half squat with heavy weight is a good way to stress your legs differently.
