Louis-Philippe Lemay Don’t you think that your series of 15 reps that you do in the ‘‘Pull your fears out’’ workout will contribute to gain endurance instead of mass?

In my opinion, 6-8 reps is strength, 8-12 is mass, 12-15 is mass/endurance and 15 and more is endurance. But still, I believe that your body doesn’t count the reps so what’s really important is to keep the burn alive during the whole workout.
