My motivation mainly comes from people supporting me in my family circle or on Internet. These people help me reach my goals so I can stay focused on what I really want. I want to become a role model in the fitness industry to inspire as much people as I can to change their life, mentality and habits. I also plan to reach one of the most aesthetic bodies in the world. I also have essential personal tricks to help me having intense training. I always listen to motivation videos one hour before hitting the gym and I have a great music playlist to listen during my workout
