Fascia’s End Chest Workout

The end of your chest fascia! Just kidding, but you will annihilate every fibre of your chest in this new workout. We'll be going hard and heavy, so bring your best to the gym and let's crush it! This workout was an absolute blast for me! I highly recommend trying it, and be sure to give me your feedback about it. The mix of strength and volume with the varying sets gave me a totally different feeling, and it's as if it unlocked something inside me to reach the next level once again. I am sure you will benefit from this solo-muscle workout, so keep me posted and send me some pics of the pump you got with below in the comment section :)

Chest Up

A new workout with Antoine and Lex! It's moments like these that I'm incredibly grateful for. So often we go about our day without taking the time to stop and recognize just how fortunate we are for so many things we're given. Just being able to get out of bed to see another day, and having the opportunity to go after my dream is incredible to me. Having the gift of my health and being able to work out on a daily basis is another blessing. To top it off, I'm constantly surrounded by like-minded individuals who understand me, support me, and help make me a better person. You can't ask for more than that! Take today as another of the many gifts you've been given. Try and stop for a second and be thankful for what you've got, because trust me, there is so much. And while you're at it, hit the gym for this amazing training session with somebody and enjoy the gift that is working out. Cheers, my friends! :)
