What’s the ultimate workout?

The Ultimate Workout is personal plan made by Marc Fitt in order to achieve your goal. This workout has been experienced by Marc in order to see the benefits from them. You can choose how many days you want to be at the gym, and if you want to cut body fat, or gain muscle mass. This is much more affordable than prior options. Every single month, there will be a new version of the Ultimate workout (for example, version 1.0, 2.0, etc). This way you can be sure to keep your body in adaptation mode when you buy the new month’s plan!

What’s the version drop down menu?

1.0 and 2.0 are two separate workout plans. Marc creates a new version every month to give people a chance to change their workout plan and continue to grow without ever reaching a plateau. The reason for this is, you must always change your workout every 3-5 weeks. The more experienced you are with working out, the more quickly you should be changing routines because your body will adapt to new workouts much faster than a beginner’s would, and you won’t see the results you anticipated.
