  This is a great idea Marc… I love fitness and training has done for me so much not just in terms of having a better physique but on the mental side… I love episodes like Fear , Your success depends on you or Your fear will stop you.Just to name a few it will be really great to hear more of that when you focus on the mental state in life. @Marc_Fitt:disqus
