New article on VISUALIZATION! Without it, you won't succeed. It's the most important thing! My body reflects how my mind is made! You have to picture, and imagine getting to where you dream of being before you get there. Belief is the most powerful thing to bring you towards your goals. At the end of the day, I believe you can be more. You should read this! When training, or just living life, the importance of visualization cannot be stressed enough. If you want the results you hope for, you need to see yourself doing it. If you want to succeed in life, you need to put yourself there before you even get there. As Will Smith stated; “If you’re always ready, you don’t need to GET ready.”   As everyone who trains understands, getting the body you dream of isn’t a simple accomplishment.
