I’m not actually doing cardio. But if I had to recommend a type of cardio training it would be sprint interval. Three mornings a week, on empty stomach, do 4 to 6 sprints of 30 seconds with 1 to 4 minutes of break between each sprint. This way you burn more calories than with any other cardio training and you’ll get ripped faster.
