Beyond Yourself Supplements

Ingredients:

                                                                                                    

– 3/4 water

– 1cup of oats

-5 scoop of whey isolate Beyond Yourself

-50g of almond butter

-50g of peanut butter

-5g of slpenda

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step1: put all the ingredients in a bowl

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step2: Put all the mix on a flat bowl with

parchment paper so it wont stick

Step3: put the flat bowl for 30-45 min in the freezer

step4: It’s time to eat

Stay lean like a freak
