I believe that your body doesn’t count the rep you do so the most important thing is to keep the burn alive during the whole workout. In fact, I like doing the exercise until failure and then do 2 more reps. For my body, I get more results by doing 10-15 reps in supersets. I also enjoy doing dropsets. Most of the workouts I do ends up with a fst 7 exercise (10-12 reps, 30-45 seconds of rest and 7 series)
