2 hours before my workout I eat 60g of natural oats with 15g of raw honey + 30g of isolate protein by ‘’Beyond yourself’’ (26g of protein). 15 min before I work out I’m having 15g of Bcaa and right after my workout, I have a shake with 45g of isolate protein, 60g of dextrose, 5g of Bcaa, 5g of glutamine, 5g of creatine.
