This is the new Pull/Press Reflection workout that hits your chest and back! This is one of my hardest routines yet! With this workout, you will grow your chest and back in record time! This combination of exercises will give you an insane pump!

    Very good workout Marc! Superpump after the workout! Maybe one little tip: Give a replacement exercise for some of the exercises. For example the 3/4 machine row. In my gym we don’t have this machine. So i had to be creative in searching for an other exercise.
