    Hey, Marc! I love the way how you incorporate both deadlift and shrugs into one exercise. It saves time!! And also it’s not everyday you see some one doing that workout in the gym. I wouldn’t be surprise if someone was gonna correct me when I m doing it. LOL!!!

    Oh another thing, my gym does not have that “surrounding bar” for deadlift shrugs. Could I use a barbell instead for that exercise?
