  Hi Marc, I just want to say that you are a huge inspiration to me. I’m 36 years old and last year I had to move to France from the UK. I’m Czech and my wife is French. We lived three years in the UK had a beautiful daughter but we didn’t have a really stable future over there so we had to move back in France where my wife could work on her career and we could have a little help from her family.

  Unfortunately I didn’t speak any French and even now it’s nothing special as I still couldn’t find a way how to understand the language. I was really down as nobody speaks English here and it is a small village. I decided to do something about myself and bought a few stuff so I could start working out. A month ago I started Arnold’s training but I wasn’t really sure about the diet. This week I joined your website and find it absolutely great!

  Your natural spirit is just unbelievable to me. You motivate me every day, keep me focus to my goals and be strong. I just want to say I decided to stay healthy, get in shape and stop being down because I don’t speak the language. I think the problem was that I didn’t want to learn French because for me it was something that I had to do. But now I take it as I want to do it as it will be my third language and it will be just a bonus for my future.
  I’m gonna try to stay concentrated and positive and try change my life.

  I watched this and realised there really are two distinct types of people in the world… It’s been bugging me for years! Today I have the answer…. I watched this video and your obvious passion in life Marc and admired it and felt like jumping for joy that there was someone else other than me in this world with the same level of fire and passion for anything done in life… This is what I’ve discovered… Passionate people have a growth mindset and people with less obvious passion have a fixed mindset… This is actually a revelation because anyone can change from fixed to growth, you just have to retrain your learning responses… Learn to enjoy the process of learning and creating and not seeing mistakes as failure that show personal faults but instead to see mistakes as just part of the getting better process which is no reflection personally… Hmmmm I should write a book on this one!
  Anyway Marc and your fantastic passionate team… Please keep up the good work because you never know who might be listening and you never know what awesome passion may be born from other passionate people like yourself… Isn’t it funny, sometimes we think we are so alone and then all of a sudden the world seems full of bright engaging people… Build it and they will come!
