Hey marc I downloaded that nutrition planner on your site. Currently I am trying to lose weight but it calculated out that my carb intake should be 42%, protein 38% and fats 20%. Shouldn’t my protein always be higher than my carbs if cutting? Thanks

Hi Nathan, you can play with the % directly in the nutrition planner.
The best will try to reach 30-40g of protein per meal, then 20% of fat and after setup the carbs. I hope this helped you out. And of course, don’t hesitate to contact us if you need anything.

    Marc:

I go to the gym at 6:00 am. In the nutrition plan it says to have a pre-workout meal 1hr30min to 2hr before the workout, but I’m not going to wake up at 4am just to have that meal. What can I do instead? What can I take just before and during the workout?
The thing is that I wake up and 20 minutes after I’m already at the gym.

    Thank you!

Can I add white eggs to this meal ? If I can, how many should I have.

    • Marc Fitt says:

Hi Michael, it really depend on your goal and what you have to eat to reach it. I showed what I was doing for me, usually it can be similar for you but you can tweak things to fit your daily protein if needed.

Sure, almond butter is even better. I always switch between both.
