    Yesterday i went to the doctor and he said that I am lactose intollerant and (They don’t know why) I can’t eat suger (dextrose) so I cannot use my whey protein after my workout.. Have you any suggestions about an post-workout shake? I’m really disappointed right now.

    I am allergic to almonds aswell as (cashew)nuts. Do you have any suggestions te replace it?
