Hi Marc. I just want to say that you are a genius. I follow everything that you say and feel great.
I’m just a little bit puzzled how should I weigh my food. Rice you weighed uncooked and the chicken cooked.
The cooked chicken would be around 140g uncooked. Please could you advise me how should I weigh my food?

Thank you, always weight your food when there’s less water in it. So for chicken would be after you cooked it and for the rice, before.
