    Hello Marc, I have a question… why do you recommend 1.5-2g for every pound your weigh (3.3-4.4g/kg) and the most studies recommend 0.8-1.8 for every pound weigh for a very active person.
    I’ve followed your recommendation by a lot of time and I’ve had very good results, but now I have that question.
    Please if you could make a video explaining about the “Protein Intake” would be awesome!

        I edit: the studies recommend 0.8 – 1.8g for every “kilogram” weight (until 2.5g I just saw).

        Please remember try to do a video about the Protein Intake, And would be good too with an explication about how to calculate how much percent to consume about %Protein %Carbs and %Fat on the nutrition planner, because I’m using with the nutrition planner with about 38%Protein 42% Carbs and 20%Fat.
        I really need that explication from you Marc.
