    hi marc. you have done a lot of super sets. i always follow your trainingprograms and do it too, but is that good to grow? for mass? i wanna stay lean too…

      Hi Timothy, actually super set is good to stress your muscle a lot and grow faster.
      I don’t do them all the time, but I like to integrate 1-2 super set per training.
