Hey Marc, My name is Danton Mouille’. In reference to begining workout, I work a lot of hours (12 hour shifts) my schedule is crazy at times. I also swap between working nights and days. I work a 2-2-3 shift ( If i work monday-Tuesday days, I’m off Wednesday and Thursday and work Friday-Sunday nights… and it keeps going like this. Off Monday-Tuesday, work Wednesday-Thursday days… and so on) Its difficult to manage a diet becouse of the time swap and manage workouts on days I have to swap work hours… can you offer any tips? Might be a good Q&A
Hi Danton, thank you for commenting. Yes sure, you have to find a way to prepare your meal in advance. It will help you save time. What I’m used to do is to cook all my meals for 3-5 days on sunday (big batch of chicken, rice, veggies, etc) And then pack everything in Topower. So then during my busy week I just grab and go. It help me to save time. I know it’s a lot to do, but in order to get results you have to follow your diet. I hope it help you out
