Marc on your 6 day split, isn’t that a little to long before you hit the muscle again? Only hitting each muscle once a week would drive me crazy but I am looking to put on a little mass.
No it’s not it really depend on your goals, if you try to develop your overall body that’s what I suggest. If you want to focus on your weak point, then you can work these body parts more often. As long as you have a good 48h before working out again the same muscle, it will be fine. I hope it help you out.
