    This was the best arms workout I ever did ever since bicep breakdown. As soon as I did the EZ bar cable curl I felt the tightness coming. When I started doing the forearm curls my arms were already super pumped. I worked this in with the Painful Triceps workout and while I was doing the close grip bench I couldn’t go all the way down hahaha. Great Job Marc looking forward to next weeks arm workout!
