Hey marc what exercises should i do instead of the cable side delt because im to weak to do those my gym only has 20 pounds and up

Find yourself a pair of lighter dumbbells and mimic the movement with those until you’re strong enough to start using the cable! :)

Today was my shoulder day so this worked out perfect! I did the whole workout and the burn was intense. Those front raises to rear delts are tough. At the end i added in some shrugs though because i do traps on my shoulder days. Thanks for the content and motivation!
