Marc Fitt’s Gym Bag
In this new vlog, I’ll show you everything that I carry in my gym bag. Some of the items are just because of my personal taste, but I have some indispensable gym tools that you should consider having in your gym bag at all times!
I will list below all of the items I have showed in this video, along with where you can find them online.
Vitamin C – article on it here; https://www.marcfitt.com/?p=15318

Great Sander, I’m listening motivational speech and alternative rock/metal. I will probably share some of my playlist soon :)
I like to listen to alternative rock, metal, some hardcore, some rap, occasional dubstep and electro. It really depends on the mood I’m in, the workout, etc. :)
My gym bag is like:
– My iPhone (for mp3 and the workout pdfs)
– Sennheiser Adidas PMX 680i Sports Headset
– Lifting straps (Gym Shark)
– Vitamin C
– AMRAP
– Post-workout shake
– Nike Free 5.0+ shoes, which are the most comfortable shoes Ive ever tried
– Towel
– Extra tshirt anad underwear :)
i use my iPod with my music
power grips
knees straps
belt
bcaa(ultra amino complex of gnc)
shoes aspics like you
Great brother, yes knees straps is a good item to have. I only bring it with me when I’m doing heavy squat or leg press.
My gym bag:
– Workout notebook and pen
– WESC headphones
– Lifting straps (Gym Shark)
– T-Grips (Beyond Yourself)
– Forearm bands (Under Armour)
– Vitamin C
– AMRAP
– Post-workout shake
– Camera (GoPro)
Gonna replace the straps soon! The old-school style is too time-consuming to use in between super sets!
Awesome Matt, I forgot the MP3 and headphone. That’s so true haha, but I think it’s an inevitable. A Gym session without a good beat is not a real workout.
Haha so true! The right music can literally make all the difference between a so-so workout and a CRAZY workout!
