    Did the “Lift More Series” Back Workout today and damn this was an intensiv workout ;)
    So far I only did the Chest and Back Workout but I can say that are awesome workouts!
    Tomorrow I’ll try the Leg Workout!
    You’re a real inspiration to never give up!

    one little question… to post more clothes on your site. because my hoodie is getting to small :) and i’m allways wearing it when i workout… gives me power hehe ;-)

          Hi Nick, it will be really soon. This week or next, we will be finalizing the editing of the entire series. I want to release all of the workouts and other videos of this series in one shot. The triceps workout was just a pre-launch to let you try what kind of workout it will be. But I guarantee your will push for your life in the other workouts.
