In this new video blog, I confirm the 3 main pillars you really have to work on to be sure you reach your goals. Don’t lose the opportunity to change; stop complaining and trying to find the magic formula, because in reality, it is really basic but hard to be consistant.

    Overtraining ..

    I lift heavy in the gym for one hour, then I eat. Then I have soccer practice for 90 minutes. Is this overtraining aswell? Will I lose all my gains of the liftworkout because of the soccer practice?

      Hey Sander,

      90 minutes of soccer is definitely some solid cardio. I wouldn’t worry so much about overtraining, but definitely make sure you’re eating a ton if you’re trying to gain size!

    again thx a lot. i sleep for only 5hours and that’s not enough… sometimes i work out for 1h30min but that’s when i do 2 muscles groups, like back and biceps or chest and triceps. i train 6days/week. so i’m gonna change my workout plan and do your workout splits…one muscle groups a day…thx
