    Hey Marc,

    I just finished the last of 3 weeks Lift More. It was intense and challenging, but awesome.
    Got some more strength now for the other workouts I will run through again.
    And I tend now to always take more weight then I m able, but still in form.

    Thanks for the series will have another week of lift more in the end of January, now back to hypertrophic workouts for a while.
