I just did this as a finisher after day one of the gunz development series. I gotta say it was a pretty good circuit, especially for traps but is there anything i can do to make the abs portion a little more challenging?
Marc, Are you still doing 2 a day workouts? If so different muscle group (or same muscle group). Your current split? Thanks!
I’m doing the last series of video “dragon ball” so it’s two muscle a day split on three days and I repeat the workout so I workout 6 times a week.
