Hi, i was just thinking if it was good for me to work biceps and triceps together during three weeks with the dragon ball series ( i’m trying to target my arms )
or is it better to shoulders-biceps on the first workout of the week and then shoulders-triceps in the second part of the week ?

I’d recommend just following the series as-is. There are a ton of bicep-only and tricep-only workouts in the Team Fitt Section if you wanna concentrate on just those, though. :)
Hey, huge question. This is my last “liftmore series” week and i have add 6 pounds to my body in 3 weeks and im still lean. So the question is: should i go for the Dragon ball series or should i go for other kind of train. i would like to know your advice if possible.

Replaced my regular arm day exercise routine with this and went as intense as possible. By the last exercise my arms were shaking, pumped and feeling great! Can’t wait for the rest of the series.
Hi Marc, How long should you be on the Dragon ball series? Should you alternate between Liftmore series every other week if your focus is to add strength and lean mass at the same time? Thanks .

I think Marc said we can choose to do the routine again from thursday to saturday or take one day rest and do it fri to sun.
Btw, just wondering where will the abs workout fit into the exercise?

Monday: Chest & back
Tuesday: Shoulders and arms
Wednesday: Legs
Is this correct? What about Thursday and Friday?

If you’re working out 5 days a week it’s better to have a spilt like this:
Monday: Back
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Arms
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Shoulders
You’ll be working that muscle group more, allowing you to do more sets.
You can do that or you can do 2 days on, 1 day off ,2 day on, one day off.
With the dragon ball series.
Yes it’s correct it is how place them in the dragon ball page. You can take a day off after the 3 days or your are restarting to day one and then take a day off after 6 days in a row.
