Its fucking awesome I’m now in week 2 and i have never before such a hell pump in all regions of my body! A Dragon Ball Z series could be amazing, with more focus on front delt and shoulder? or can i combine the workout?

hi, i did the chest/back workout yesterday… it was amazing. great workout. very exhausting to do these two muscles in one day but it wil pay off… thx a lot MaRc. looking forward to do the shoulders/arms workout tonight. I love your workouts bro!!!
