    I have abs and i train them almost everyday so i keep looking for new videos, oh man i did this ab workout yesterday and i woke up with sore abs today !! its been a while since i woke up with sore abs !!
    I also sweated as hell ! would consider it HIIT cardio and abs mixture haha !

    Nice work-out! For me next weeks no cardio I think, because my bf is already 9,1%. I’m gonna focus on workouts for the muscles.

      Thanks brother. I love to go in bulking phase when I’m around the 7% body fat, it’s your call. Just don’t build up too much fat.
