Again really inspiring to see this movie… Now I can really see how hard you are willing to go to get results… Thanks for showing us such an intense workout. This motivates my self to push myself even harder now. Like you said:” the future is created in the present, we don’t have any time to waste”. I have this feeling a lot that I walk out of the gym and have a bad feeling cause I didn’t gave everything I had on a specific set or rep… But not anymore! Thanks to you I reallise now that if you not give everything you have in the hour you train… that is was for nothing. Will promise myself to never retreat and never surrender every single rep! Marc you keep motivating me to kill my workouts and I love the podcasts! But we need more leg workouts. I want you to create the most brutal leg workout that you’ve ever done thanks man and keep going!

When will more workouts be released? Any specific date?
This weekend for sure. Probably just before I leave for Toronto on friday :) But it’s not a legs workout this one. We are also working on the site to organize the season of the Day in a life and the way we present them. Also a major update in the coding of the site will be done in the next week to add more features to the site..
A lot of work on the way for us.
I am so excited for the new workout! Also i weighed my self today! When I started I weighed 115 now 130 and still the same bf% couldnt do it with out you motivating me and giving tips and workouts and im bearly 14 only been working out 8 months thanks again
Also Marc what did you do in this workout im doing legs tomorrow tell me how many sets you did reps and exercise thanks man appreciate it
