    awesome workout!!! woooow insane pump… the plate shrug is really affective on my right chest but not my left chest cause I don’t feel it as much as my right chest… Could it be that my left chest is less developped than my right chest? And that I have because of that a hard time to really focus on my left chest and feel the burn? I have the feeling that my mind doesn’t have the control over my left chest… All the best to you!

    So exhausted! I cuoldnot do the rope pull down with even 5kg at the end of the workout, but the pump was really good!
