Day in a Life – ep.022 – In today’s vlog, I’ll take you with me as I go to play basketball with Phil, bring you into the gym for my legs workout (you can grab your worksheet down below!), and show you some quick clips from the driving range. I will do the latest chest/triceps and shoulders, as I think these belong to your latest routine. could you upload the back and biceps as well as others with a day in a life episode. its fun to watch d.i.a.l. episodes.

    Hi Marc, thanks again for sharing an awesome Day in a Life its important for everyone to remember we need balance to succeed and you do it really well.

    Just to be clear on the Back and Biceps workout (gunz development exercise 4) is it 8 reps barbell bent over row and 8 reps barbell curl like you
    mention in the video or 12 reps barbell curl (in the work sheet its 12
    reps) so wonder which one is better? Thanks for the wonderful series, ive started yesterday and should do it for the next 3-4 weeks with a new diet made by myself on nutrition planer (mass 500 calories macro 38/32/30) Hopefully after these 3-4 weeks i will switch my routine to focus on my thickness (chest and back) and be ready for men physique in October.

    Are you 5ft 10inch? Wonder what is your current weight @ bf?

    who are willing to make sacrifice to get result and love it! I learn so much from my friend and myself in the past 2-3 years this is just unreal. Keep working hard like you do, stray true and all doors will be open to you Marc. Hope we can meet/workout one day or event play golf but keep practicing your drive ;)
