I’d like to see some calves workout from you @Marc_Fitt:disqus, it’s a genetic weak point for me and I need to put on some mass.

Hey marc is it fine to just do this workout once a week, I just switched my plan and happy that you posted a new legs and shoulders workout because that is one of my daily splits. Also instead of walking lunges could I just do alternating lunges in place?
