This one left a mark! :) Thanks for sharing – nice change to start heavy and stress the endurance by increasing the reps (often to the point of failure). I expect some good soreness tomorrow!
tomorrow day of chest guys, come on team fitt for ever
Awsome as allways Marc! I really like the way this workout was filmed, felt like it wasnt “cut?” as mutch as the other videos, really nicce. Entering the gym, like a bawz! :D
This workout it was sick. I did this morning. My chest explode. Drop-Set is amazing thing. When I feel bad, and you add some video, I become more optimistic and think positive, like you say, Marc, we should focus on the moment, not what happen in while day. I’m pump!
wow! sick workout man! keep on killing it! Your physique and mindset keeps improving everyday… so inspiring , thanks a lot for everything!
Marc, when I’m doing Inclined BB press or DB press my shoulders allways hurt a bit.. And I know im doing it in the right way and right form..
DO you have any tip to help me? Pls
Chances are that you think you are doing proper form, when in fact you’re not. Shoulders back, chest out, press with your chest and not with your front delt. Hope this helps.
Thanks for the help. I’ll see if the part of “Chest out” works
No problem, let me know if it works for you. Any other questions, I’ll be happy to help you out.
Okay!
Can one do a specific workout to target the upper pecs? Mine are really lacking lately, so I am thinking of doing more incline as well as upping my chest workouts to 3 times a week. Overkill or no? Hadn’t had a good chest workout for a long time. Chest used to be my strong point, but now it seems that I can’t hit them as well as I used to.
Cant wait to try this workout ;)
