Beat the reaper – I made this little video in hopes to trigger something inside of you, to start the fire to want more from life. Often we hear people who talk about success and say how to do whatever you want, but most of the time their actions don’t reflect what they say. I do. I’m proof that you can do it too, if you follow your instincts. Enjoy the video.

Hi Marc and TF!
I am a middle school teacher and today has been a long day (good just non stop) I wanted to hop on here to introduce myself as new member which I did in a previous post on another video, Thanks for speaking truth , life and laser focus into me. I got my second wind listening to you Marc in this video! Gonna go to the gym now and hit my workout despite my long day and the later hour! thanks for keeping me on course today. Does the music at the end of the video come from a album or song or did you develop it for TF , if it comes from an album etc which one? Also what are all the Fitt Commandments? Can i get them so I can print them out and post them on my fridge to help me stay motivated ? Thanks

Hey Marc, just wanted to thank you and the rest of the Team Fitt guys… its videos like this that help me work hard to change my mind set…I am a manic depressive, and have constant thoughts of suicide… the inspiration and support you and Matt Waugh give to every member is truly inspirational… whenever I’m feeling down and dark I know I have somewhere to turn, I don’t think its too dramatic to say that you’ve helped me beat the reaper many times!
