THIS one is the definitly the best chest workout ever , perfect for cutting , it produce an amazing after burn effect , the method you use of 10 second rest is incredible , is it a kind of tabatta training ? thank you a lot bro you are amazing !!
Hey Marc! I just tried this workout today and it was crazy! Normally I do 65-75lbs for flat db press(65lbs for 8rm & 70lbs for 6rm & 75lbs for 4rm), but in this workout I had to drop to 40-45lbs. I was exhausted as fuck. The second exercise was exhausting as well. When I came to the last exercise of the chest workout i.e. incline bench press, I found that I can’t even bench 35lbs for each side using the smith machine, then I tried to use dumbbells, I tried 35lbs but I couldn’t even do 1 rep (Normally I do at least 50lbs). So I could only give up and started working biceps. Is that normal? And could you provide me any tips or recommendation for that? Thanks!
