Marc the house looks amazing! I can’t wait to see it when it’s all finished. One of my goals WAS to meet you at the Arnold Classic this year, but of all things I’ve been summoned for Juror duty the same week, and had to cancel all my plans. SMH! lol. Another goal of mine is to get a job as an academic advisor at a University. I love higher education and I want to get my PH.D before I’m 35. It’s hard work trying to find a job in the academia field these days but if you want it go for it and don’t listen to what others say. Thank you so much for keeping me motivated everyday!
Very Happy for you Marc! can’t wait to meet you bro hopefully when you come to LA. This 2015 I have a goal to improve upon my shoulders and I will Pass my DAT exam to continue on to dental school. What I am doing: for shoulders I am working them out 2x a week at the beginning and end of the week. The next month I will alternate a different muscle group for the 2 a days, then go back to shoulders the following month to confuse the body. I have a very busy schedule in Dental hygiene school and will begin to see my first patients next week but I will remain consistent. Thank you for all that you do I love being part of Team Fitt. the sizing will depend of the brand, but I can wear large in all brand but sometime I want a more tight looks so I go with a medium. GymShark is Large and Rise Medium.

The house looks awesome. Congratulations! My goal for this year is to concentrate more on my abs and accomplish 50 push ups and 20 pull ups, and catch up on some literature as well.
House looks epic. You will have there so good, idea with music is amazing.
My goal for this year this learn good speaking in english language, in March start cut phase and down for about 7-8 % body fat, also my goal is recording my first workout and yet invest in myself reading a lot of books personal development, psychology success and more inspiration.

goals for this year? I finished my first exam phase at university now and got one month of freedom :D time to los fat again since I’m at 14% atm :/ gained a lot of it in the exam phase due to the hard learning and no sports. Do you think its a good idea to go in a calorie deficite and do the lifting workout in the morning (eg. lumberjacked) and go for 3 to 4 cardio sessions a week in the evening? how long should the cardio be best? Thanks for everything man!
Yeah it’s epic :) Yes it is a good idea to go on a 500 calories deficit and start a cutting program like the lumberjacked. I would start just with 2 session done 4-6 hours after your morning workout and from there increase if needed.
