    The arm workout taxed me so much I had trouble doing the last set(s) of hanging leg raises. Gotta work on my arm/grip strength. Thanks, Marc!

      For the moment I don’t plan of doing contest prep coaching due to the high volume of personal plans I am already doing. I really want to be the best at what I offer and since my time is limited it will be unfair for the consumer :)
      I will show my diet in Team Fitt soon :)
