    yeah that pump was insane Marc is that normal if for example when i work my bicep and coming nearer the end of all the exercises and i try to flex it to see the pump but its not as good as when i just did my first exercise sometimes i feel like i work it so much that i cant see the pump that big no more is that normal to have Marc ? :) its just the definition sometimes doesnt show that well for some reason
