Hey marc the workout was very cool but the growth is uneven in my biceps it’s easy to lift up the dumbbell by my left hand but it requires a somewhat more strength to lift the dumbbell by my right hand is that normal for the begginners? Would u suggest me some more excrcise for my biceps and chest that i can do with my dumbbell
Hey Marc this one workout was very intense i felt even a burning sensation in my biceps when they were pretty dead felt that burn very awesome and back i could feel my lats moving out and in such a great workout good enough for #SpartaMode ! and hope you had a great Halloween night saw your snap story looks like you had tonnes of fun! in that seated coaster was that you with the black wig on ? :D

so i guess it will be Brace ourselves more #TeamFitt content coming in! :) haha keep it up Marc and Marc what is better to do to grow a bigger Chest to do more reps lower weight or to do 5×5 exercises for chest or just like 4 sets of 8 and so on there is a lot of cross information all over the internet very hard to decide what to do ! the only thing helping me right now is your chest routines they always make me feel pumped and make my chest grow ! but i just want to know which option is the best to build chest ? :)
