The weight exactly I am not really sure but it was enough haha
yeah i seen that it was pretty heavy enough haha like you said it yourself man :) but your videos are epic like specially for motivation when i was watching it it was 10 PM here and i was ready to go hit the gym thats what it feels like after watching your video ! :) hope you have a nice and thankful evening Marc im off to sleep! gotta get some rest!
