Do you have to eat 7 meals. Because of my job I could manage around 3-4 at a stretch each day. Would these be an effect when it comes to results. Will it just take longer? Thanks Marc really needed an episode like this!

This is a very good series !! I was waiting for something like that for a moment ! We learn a lot with you Marc. I allways had a lot of doubt about my diet, my working, my rest etc.. Trying to find the best plan to myself to go 100%, but when you have doubt of what you are doing you allways ask yourself “should I do like this or like that, maybe this is not good etc..”
But after watching long hours of video to learn, to understand.. Slowly but surely I became much more confident in what I do. Because of you :)
