Marc, I can only see videos for the first two workouts of the 30 day cut. The legs and shoulders circuit isn’t available to me. When will they be posted if they aren’t already?

Yes it is, phase one is for adaptation, phase 2 we will destroy everything :)
Hey Marc! Great video, I was wondering something that Guzman brought up on his recent Q&A video and I wanted to ask you the same question, see your thoughts on it. The question is ‘What do you do first, cut or bulk if your 16-19 years old and have only been going to the gym less than 6 months?’ Looking forward to the next, keep it up.
