    Hello Marc, I was wondering what I could do for substitute for Leg Press and Seated leg curl if I don’t have access to these at home?

    Great Workout Marc, crazy pump I added in Stair Climbs at the end in full turnout gear and tools as well as being on air to add a little extra cardio (if you don’t have access to an air pack and gear an elevation mask, a weighted vest, and holding 45 pound plates in each hand as you climb the stairs works great). Promise your legs will be shaking for at least 30 minutes after that. Check out this article https://www.t-nation.com/training/tip-replace-the-leg-extension, the leg extension exercise creates highly compressive forces at the patella-femoral joint, leading to breakdown of the joint surfaces, so in essence eventually applying enough force over time, it can break down your cartilage and led to arthritis of the knee.     I just destroyed this workout or maybe it destroyed me?! Every muscle in my legs hurt. I did the Lumberjack series before starting the 30 day cut & so far….WOW!!!! Are you posting the shoulder vid soon?!
