    Marc you got that right you put your heart into any work you do to make it the best possible outcome !! same goes with gym i personally dont understand those people in gym that only give about 50% effort for example i can go in the gym until i start crying even sometimes how much mind connection i make with the muscle and how sore it is! :)

    Chest & biceps in phase 2 is insane!! When I got done w/chest I was super pumped, crazy mix. At the end of biceps, I could barley lift my arms. Very intense, Marc!! Can’t wait to see the vids for the rest of phase 2.
