I love the routine of the second phase. I started with them instead of the first phase. Muscles are sore af. Go on like that!

Great workout. So hard to complete back n tris after doing chest n bis the day before. Just feeling shredded!! Legs n shoulders is also very intense!! When is that video coming?!

this phase is more easy than the 1 phase bro, hahahahahaha,okey not, yesterday in my 1 day of this phase of chest and tricep was really insane, the pain that i was feeling was insane, a friend said me: “These workout is for girls” and i answered: Okey train with me and then you tell me what you felt, he can’t complete the workout hahahaha, thanks for all idol, best regards
